ACCOUNT MANAGER REPRESENTATIVE
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA (NEW TERRITORY) & YORK, PA
POSITION SUMMARY
This role is to develop and maintain professional relationships that generate business within a range of different target markets throughout our territory. This will include both identifying potential referral partners and clients along with maintaining existing referral partners. The Account Manager (AM) will coordinate with the VP of Business Development & Marketing, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Estimators, Operations and Administrative teams with all job-related items as needed.
A major focus of this position will be to nurture and assure the comfort of both clients and referral partners as assigned. The AM will have access to project information. Relaying information with the project team during the execution of a project where the referral is considered the AM’s account.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential referral sources within assigned Target Markets by developing markets assigned and by creating mutually beneficial connections with them
- Develop & Maintain relationships using the RR BD Core Process with assigned target markets who will become referral partners
- As assigned, attend / participate in associations and other networking events
- Lead and participate in tradeshows
- Maintain records of AM activity, recording in CRM database
- Interact with project management team to assure client and referral partner satisfaction

The Lead Carpenter is assigned by the Operations Department on a day to day basis to work towards completing projects assigned and ran by the Project Manager. The Lead Carpenter will supervise any other Customer Service Technicians assigned to the job and will have the responsibility and authority to direct along with coordinate all activities on the job so all goals for that day are achieved. It is the Lead Carpenters responsibility to communicate directly with the Project Manager for proper scope of work needed for the project.

Every job is unique and could consist of any of the following: water damage, fire damage, sewer damage, mold damage, or storm damage. The ability to deliver strong leadership in all aspects of the mitigation project is a must.

The MT will be assigned to work teams by the operations department as a first responder to both residential and commercial disasters that occurred due to water, sewer, storm, fire, mold, or biohazard. PROJECT COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator (PC) will give you the opportunity to serve from that first phone call with a customer asking for our help, through the restoration process, to the final check in at the end of the project. PC’s put our foundation of trust in place by responding quickly, compassionately, with integrity and by helping our customers feel a bit of relief from the burdens and uncertainties they are encountering.
The PC will play a vital role in customer service and communication, responsible for serving as the key communication link between the client, insurance company, adjusters, Restoration Relief project team and others involved with the project.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Intake – Function as the initial point of contact with clients on new claims including phone conversations or text messages to gather as much data as possible for project record. Coordinate with Operations or Project Manager to set up inspection. Enter data in all systems and dispatch to appropriate team for follow through.
- Inspections – Track completion, process service authorizations and ensure inspection report was completed. Gather any remaining missing details, coordinating with Business Development as needed. Confirm Project Manager has been onsite for ES jobs if they were not the one to inspect.
- Valuations – Proofread and correct valuations as needed with Project team. Send valuations to adjusters or clients for their review and approval. Follow up for approval by contacting adjusters or clients directly until agreed scope is approved.
- Contracts & Change Orders – Create contract or change order packages based on information provided by the Project Manager. Set up signing appointments or email contracts as needed. Track signed contract status with deposit payment.
- Project Team Meetings – Arrange weekly meetings with Project Manager and/or Estimator to update and review project status and financials. Generate report and update system directly with updates. Review and use system tracking tools.
- General Project Related Tasks – Ensure the project notes are updated regularly with status of activity. Ensure daily updates are coming through from the field crew. Communicate with the client throughout the project. Process ITEL and San Air samples as needed. Track, collect and process inventory logs and send to adjusters or clients. Assist the Project Manager with work order and budget creation.
- Other special projects as assigned by the PC Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills – ease of learning and troubleshooting new systems
- Solid understanding of project accounting
- Ability to work under high levels of activity and prioritize accordingly
- Two plus years’ experience working in related field or industry preferred

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning and delivering projects that meet Restoration Relief requirements for schedule, budget, and quality. The PM will be assigned to lead a project team consisting of a Project Coordinator (PC), Estimator, and others as required by the project. On a project by project basis, this position will be responsible to drive the project to successful completion. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining a clear understanding of the funding status for the project.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- For projects assigned, the PM will lead a project team consisting of:
- Project Coordinator (PC)
- Estimator
- Lead CST / Restoration Superintendent (RS) is assigned
- Tradespersons
- Suppliers
- For projects assigned, the PM will coordinate with:
- Any public authority having jurisdiction of the project
- Client
- Adjuster
- The Restoration Relief Business Developer (BD) associated with the project
- Restoration Relief operation management for allocation of Restoration Relief resources
- Internal Reconstruction labor
- All Cleaning labor
- As a leader of the project team, the project manager will be personally responsible and authorized to make decisions regarding the following items, within the parameters established by applicable Restoration Relief policies and procedures:
- Construction means and method
- Project schedule sequence. Start dates for Restoration Relief Resources to be coordinated with RR Operations Team.
- Project budget
- Will be the primary contact to the client and the adjustor. This does not mean the only contact, but, as far as decisions are concerned, will be the primary contact.
- Project safety
- Project quality and client satisfaction
- Completeness of the digital project record. Assure that important conversations and progress are documented in the digital project record
- Secondary to project execution, the Project Manager will also be called upon to perform functions associated with Business Development, coordinating with the Dir. BD and as authorized by his / her supervisor:
- Developing relationships with potential clients and referral sources
- Maintaining and furthering development of relationships with clients and referral sources
- Attending company sponsored networking events
- Entertaining (lunches, golf outings with referral sources)
- Additional responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the On-Call rotation
